利用規約・プライバシーポリシー

はじめに

iWorks（以下「当方」）は、Hyaku(以下、「当アプリ」)を開発・運用しています。当アプリのご使用によって、本規約に同意していただいたものとみなします。

収集する情報

当アプリのご利用に際して、以下の利用者情報を取得いたします。

  1. アプリケーションの利用状況の収集
    当方が配信するアプリでは、広告配信のためにGoogle AdMob、利用状況解析のためにGoogle Firebase Analyticsを使用する場合がございます。
    広告配信のために広告IDを取得していますが、個人を特定するためなどには使用しておりません。
    取得する情報、利用目的、第三者への提供等の詳細につきましては、以下のプライバシーポリシーリンクよりご確認ください。

  2. 位置情報の収集
    当アプリでは、以下の目的で位置情報を取得する場合がございます。

    1. 場所の記録機能：「やりたいこと」に関連する場所を登録する際に、ユーザーが地図上で選択した位置情報（緯度・経度・住所・場所名）を保存します。
    2. 地図表示機能：登録された場所を地図上に表示するため、保存された位置情報を使用します。
    3. ジオフェンス通知機能：登録した場所に近づいた際に通知を受け取るため、バックグラウンドでの位置情報取得を行います。この機能は有料プラン（Plus）でのみ利用可能であり、ユーザーが明示的に有効化した場合にのみ動作します。

    位置情報の取得には、端末の位置情報サービスへのアクセス許可が必要です。ジオフェンス通知機能をご利用の場合は、「常に許可」（バックグラウンドでの位置情報アクセス）が必要となります。
    位置情報はユーザーのアカウントに紐づいてFirebase Cloud Firestoreに保存され、第三者に提供されることはありません。位置情報の取得を希望されない場合は、端末の設定から位置情報へのアクセスを無効にすることができます。

  3. お問い合わせやご意見を頂く際の個人情報の収集

    1. 送信元のメールアドレス、 端末を識別する情報 (ユーザーサポートID)
    2. お問い合わせ内容

個人情報の利用について

当方は、当アプリが取得する個人情報について、以下の目的のために利用いたします。

  1. 当アプリの利用に際しての認証のため
  2. お問い合わせ対応のため
  3. 当アプリに関する規約等に違反する行為への対応のため
  4. 当アプリのご案内やお知らせをお届けするため
  5. 属性情報や行動履歴等の取得・利用
  6. 当方は、ユーザーが当アプリ利用時に自動で生成される、アクセスしたView、国や地域、ユーザーエージェント、OSのバージョンなどの行動履歴及び属性情報を、特定の個人を識別できない状態として、サービス改善のため利用することがあります。

個人情報の管理およびセキュリティについて

当方は、お客様の個人情報を正確かつ最新の状態に保ち、個人情報への不正アクセス・紛失・破損・改ざん・漏洩などを防止するため、安全対策を実施し個人情報の厳重な管理を行ないます。

個人情報の第三者への開示・提供の禁止

当方は、お客さまよりお預かりした個人情報を適切に管理し、次のいずれかに該当する場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に開示いたしません。

個人データの削除

お客様は、自らのアカウントに紐づいたデータの削除をアプリ内のアカウント削除メニュー、お問い合わせ、もしくはこちらから要請することができます。この場合、当方は、お客様から提供された新たな個人情報の真偽を確認することがあります。

法令、規範の遵守と見直し

当方は、保有する個人情報に関して適用される日本の法令、その他規範を遵守するとともに、本ポリシーの内容を適宜見直し、その改善に努めます。

免責事項

当アプリがユーザーの特定の目的に適合すること、期待する機能・商品的価値・正確性・有用性を有すること、および不具合が生じないことについて、何ら保証するものではありません。
当方の都合によりアプリの仕様を変更できます。私たちは、当アプリの提供の終了、変更、または利用不能、当アプリの利用によるデータの消失または機械の故障もしくは損傷、その他当アプリに関してユーザーが被った損害につき、賠償する責任を一切負わないものとします。

著作権・知的財産権

著作権その他一切の権利は、当方又は権利を有する第三者に帰属します。

お問い合わせ

当方の個人情報の取り扱いに関するお問い合わせは、当アプリ内のお問い合わせフォームからお願いいたします。

Privacy Policy

Introduction

iWorks ("we" or "us") develops and operates Hyaku ("the App"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to this policy.

Information We Collect

We collect the following user information when you use the App:

  1. App Usage Data
    The App may use Google AdMob for advertising and Google Firebase Analytics for usage analysis.
    We collect advertising IDs for ad delivery, but do not use them to identify individuals.

  2. Location Information
    The App may collect location information for the following purposes:

    1. Place Recording Feature: When registering places related to your "bucket list items," we save location information (latitude, longitude, address, place name) that you select on the map.
    2. Map Display Feature: We use saved location information to display registered places on the map.
    3. Geofence Notification Feature: To receive notifications when you approach registered places, we collect location information in the background. This feature is only available with the paid plan (Plus) and only operates when explicitly enabled by the user.

    Location collection requires permission to access your device's location services. For the geofence notification feature, "Always Allow" (background location access) permission is required.
    Location information is stored in Firebase Cloud Firestore associated with your account and is not shared with third parties. If you do not wish to share location information, you can disable location access in your device settings.

  3. Personal Information for Inquiries

    1. Sender's email address, device identification information (User Support ID)
    2. Content of your inquiry

Use of Personal Information

We use personal information collected by the App for the following purposes:

  1. Authentication for using the App
  2. Responding to inquiries
  3. Addressing violations of the App's terms and conditions
  4. Delivering announcements and notifications about the App
  5. Collection and use of attribute information and behavioral history
  6. We may use automatically generated behavioral history and attribute information (such as views accessed, country/region, user agent, OS version) in a non-personally identifiable form for service improvement.

Management and Security of Personal Information

We maintain customer personal information accurately and up-to-date, and implement security measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, or leakage of personal information.

Prohibition of Disclosure to Third Parties

We properly manage personal information entrusted to us by customers and will not disclose it to third parties except in the following cases:

Deletion of Personal Data

You may request deletion of data associated with your account through the account deletion menu in the App, by contacting us, or through this form. In such cases, we may verify the authenticity of the new personal information provided by you.

Compliance with Laws and Review

We comply with applicable Japanese laws and other regulations regarding personal information we hold, and will review and improve this policy as appropriate.

Disclaimer

We make no warranties that the App will be suitable for any particular purpose, have expected functionality, commercial value, accuracy, or usefulness, or be free from defects.
We may change the App's specifications at our discretion. We assume no responsibility for any damages suffered by users in connection with the App, including termination, changes, or unavailability of the App, loss of data, or device malfunction or damage resulting from use of the App.

All copyrights and other rights belong to us or third parties who hold such rights.
